Today’s speaker is a productivity expert whose name should ring a few bells.
Inspired from his experience as a serial entrepreneur, working with clients including Google, IBM and Warner Brothers, it was a conversation with his 7 year old son that led him to discover the truth about business, technology and performance.
He is here to share his Tech Rules philosophy, showing us how we can unlock an immediate 30% boost to our productivity, restore focus, and feel more connected than we have ever felt before.
Please welcome the creator of Tech Rules and inventor of the telephone, Alexander Bell.

Short Bio:
Having started his first company at age 20, growing it into a million pound turnover PLC, he lost everything during the 2008 financial crisis. After working with international technology charity 'Practical Action', helping lead a collaboration between IBM, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales (now King Charles!) and Business in the Community, he then took a role working with Google and later founded a 2nd six figure startup all before turning 30.
As a technology super fan, he has spent the last 10 years immersed in virtual reality, working with clients including Warner Bros., where he famously captured Harry Potter’s Diagon Alley for Google Street View.
Inspired through his experiences as a tech entrepreneur, and through raising 3 boys in a world dominated by technology and digital content, Alexander now speaks to audiences and works with clients on digital empowerment, using his Tech Rules framework to teach the tools and strategies needed to embody a healthy technology culture and improve staff mindset, wellbeing and boost focus and performance.

Travel Preferences
Alexander travels from our offices in County Durham, England, DH1 1TW, UK (it's up North!)
For events in the UK he will either travel by car or train. Internationally he will happily travel economy class for journeys up to 4 hours, and business class for longer flights requiring an overnight stay.
AV Preferences
Alexander uses an Apple Macbook Pro Laptop with HDMI out, and can supply his own lavalier microphone and presentation remote. Alexander prefers to run the slides from his own laptop as he will often customise slides to emphasise content most relative to the event on the day. He needs a regular 3.5mm sound lead and HDMI cable. (He carries both adapters and backups, just in case.)
